About Iron Shift Co.

Iron Shift Co. designs and sells handmade, small-batch products inspired by hockey culture and craftsmanship. Many items are one-of-one or limited-run and are intentionally not mass-produced.

Products & Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Because items are handmade, slight variations in finish, texture, or appearance are normal and expected. These variations are part of the product and are not considered defects.

Materials & Source of Hockey Sticks

Many Iron Shift Co. products are made using previously used hockey sticks. These sticks may show signs of prior use, including scuffs, marks, wear, or cosmetic imperfections. Any visible wear shown in product photos is considered normal, intentional, and part of the item’s character. These marks are not considered damage or defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change at any time without notice. Orders are not considered complete until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, and timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Iron Shift Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds except in rare situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Full details are outlined in our Return Policy.

Products are intended for normal, reasonable use. Iron Shift Co. is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or use outside of intended purpose.
