Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing
All Iron Shift Co products are prepared and packed by hand. Orders are typically processed within a few business days after purchase. Processing times may vary based on production volume, customization, or limited releases. We do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.
One-of-One and Handmade Items
Many Iron Shift Co products, including The Enforcer, are one-of-one handmade items. Each unit is fulfilled individually. Minor variations are normal and part of the character of handcrafted goods.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage. At this time, we offer standard shipping only. Shipping upgrades are not available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary by product, fulfillment method, and destination. Some items may ship with a flat-rate shipping fee, while others may have shipping calculated based on the product and carrier. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and may arrive at different times. Separate shipments may incur separate shipping charges depending on the products ordered.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include tracking information. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Iron Shift Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. Carrier delays, misdeliveries, or theft at the delivery location are outside of our control. We may assist with carrier claim information when possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for free replacement or refund. Any reshipment will be at the customer’s expense, if available.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances are outside of our control.
Damaged in Transit
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, the issue must be reported within the inspection window outlined in our Return Policy. Supporting photos may be required. Damage claims submitted outside that window may not be eligible for review.
Inspection Window
Customers are expected to inspect their order promptly upon delivery. Shipping-related issues must be reported within a short period after delivery as outlined in our Return Policy.
Digital Components
Some products may include digital features such as RFID or online content. Physical delivery of a product does not guarantee activation, availability, or recoverability of any digital components. Digital features are separate from physical shipping and delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping may be enabled in the future, but is not currently offered for all products. When available, international customers will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any delays related to customs or international carriers. International delivery times may vary significantly, and international shipments may not be eligible for replacement or refund due to carrier or customs issues.
Ownership Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed off to the carrier.
