Refunds & Returns

Iron Shift Co products are made by hand in small batches. Because of that, all sales are final once an order ships. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or normal variation in handmade items.

Handmade Means Unique

Each piece is intentionally unique. Variations in grain, color, texture, finish, or minor tooling marks are part of the process and are not considered defects. Product photos are examples and may not represent the exact item you receive.

Shipping Issues or Defects

If your item arrives damaged or has a genuine structural defect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and be prepared to provide clear photos of the item, the shipping box (inside and outside), and the packing materials. Claims submitted without packaging or documentation may be denied.

How We Handle It

When an issue is verified, replacement is the primary resolution. Refunds are considered only if a replacement is not possible. In some cases, we may require the damaged item to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Damage that occurs during shipping is treated as a carrier-related issue. We may assist with the claim process, but we are not responsible for carrier negligence.

Digital Content

Some Iron Shift Co products include complimentary digital features such as NFC-enabled Stick Stories. Digital content is non-refundable and non-transferable. Activation and compatibility depend on the user’s device and environment. Once access is attempted, digital content is considered delivered. Availability and successful activation are not guaranteed.

Limited and Custom Items

Limited editions, custom items, clearance items, and serialized products are final sale.

Fair Use and Discretion

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear inconsistent, unverifiable, or abusive, including repeated claims across multiple orders. Any exceptions are granted at our discretion.

Policy Updates and Legal Rights

This policy may change from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights where prohibited by law.
